How Much Can You Afford?
This is probably the most important step of the entire process of buying a property or a home. Without the knowledge of what your monthly bill will be like, it would be foolhardy to commit to the next 15 or 30 years. I always ask my customers if they have went through the process of pre-qualification, and I strongly recommend that all people looking to buy do that prior to looking at properties. The knowledge of how much you can afford without over extending yourself, will serve you well once you start looking. If you have not yet completed this faze, I would be more than happy to refer you to some of the loan officers that I have worked with in the past.
The calculators will help you determine loan amounts, mortgage qualification, afford ability or whether you should be renting or buying.
