If you have been on another web site and thought that you had access to everything that is available on the entire MLS, you were misled! Any and all properties that you can view on the web are only a portion of what is available on the MLS. In order for the properties to be available, the broker that "owns" the listing must be a "participating" broker. For whatever reason, a number of brokers choose not to participate, and thus, those properties are not available for viewing.
